What is White Truffle Acacia Honey?
We start with organic Acacia honey, made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Acacia honey is much slower to crystallise than other varieties of honey, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. We then blend the honey with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings.
What does it taste like?
Luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
How should I use it?
